Day 01 Arrive to Commercial Capital Colombo
  • On arrival you will be met and welcomed by our representative and transferred to Colombo.
  • Historically a simple trading port, today the city of Colombo is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city that serves as the commercial capital of the Island. In Colombo, immerse yourself in the colorful, busy streets, take in the beautiful sunset along the western coast or enjoy the delightful cuisine of the island at one of many traditional or modern restaurants, bars or cafes located in the city.

Day 02 Make your way to Jaffna Peninsula
  • On the way visit Sri Munneswaram temple and Manaveri Temple provides an opportunity to explore the rich Hindu heritage and experience the vibrant religious and cultural practices of Sri Lanka. According to the Ramayan epic, Lord Rama himself consecrated the temple at this location.
  • It is believed to be the place where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva to seek forgiveness for the act of Bhahma Hatya (killing of the demon King Ravan)
Day 03 Jaffna City Tour... with Island visit

Day 04 Explore the Jaffna Cultural
  • Jaffna is known for its Palmyrah palm trees, which are abundant in the region. The Palmyrah tree is considered a symbol of Jaffna and plays a significant role in the local economy. Its fruits, leaves, and timber are used for various purposes, including making handicrafts, mats, and jaggery production.
  • affna has preserved its cultural traditions through various art forms, music, and dance. Traditional Tamil music, known as “Sangam Poetry,” and folk dances like the Kaavadi dance and Bharatanatyam are an integral part of Jaffna’s cultural heritage.

Day 05 Habarana Village and Sigiriya UNESCO World Heritage Site

Day 06 Kandy the Last Kingdom of Sri Lanka
  • Early morning start to climb this beautiful rock for the Sunrise and the Pidurangala Rock is known as twin brother of the Sigiriya Rock.
  • Kandy was the last royal capital of the ancient king’s era of Sri Lanka until the British took control the entire country from 1815 and now, it’s become the UNESCO World heritage site and the second largest city of the country and the capital of the central province of modern Sri Lanka and it is situated at an elevation of 490 meters above sea level.
Day 07 Explore Kandy
  • The Tooth Relic Temple of Lord Buddha become a UNESCO protected world heritage site and most visited tourist destination of the island.
  • The Natural Gems and Gemological Museum exhibits rare Gems in the world which are found only in Sri Lanka because Sri Lanka was affectionately known as ”Ratna Deepa” which mean Island of Gem and most famous for Blue Sapphire and other Corundum family Sapphires and Chrysoberyl, Spinel, Topaz, Zircon and etc.
  • The Kandyan Dance is the famous dancing style of the island and don’t miss to enjoy their traditional and unique Cultural Dance Program.
Day 08 Airport Departure
